Shipping:

Orders are processed, and shipped via first class mail shipping within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number once your order  has been shipped.

Returns:

Personalized items cannot be returned. If you have an issue with the product, please let us know by sending us an email within 3 days of receiving product.
